Peptide care, read before joining a program.

How concierge practices run their programs, written up as dated notes. We take no members.

Read the program terms

Turn a broad offer of personal care into answers that can be set side by side.

Read a program description with a pencil nearby. Circle each promise about access. Then ask the program to say what that promise includes, who carries it out, and where it is written in the terms. Keep the reply with the description.

Ask what access means in practice

Start with the contact route. Is a message read by the person making medical decisions, by a coordinator, or by someone else? Who can answer a medicine question? Ask how to reach that person, who will answer, how soon to expect a reply, and whether answering costs extra. Do not turn a phrase such as personal access into an assumed response time.

A comparison sheet for the access offer, not a list of standard benefits.
Compare Ask for a clear answer
Visits Which visits are included, and which create a separate charge?
Messages Who reads them, and how are medical questions passed along?
Tests Who orders, reviews, and explains results?
Continuity Who covers an absence or an unfinished question?

Use the same questions for every program under consideration. Leave an unanswered item marked unanswered. A helpful reply describes the process in plain words. If a reply only repeats the headline, ask for the actual term or policy behind it.

Keep the assessment open

Ask how the program handles a request for a medicine that does not fit the assessment. What other paths can be discussed? What part of the fee remains payable if no prescription is issued? These questions keep the financial decision visible without turning the medical visit into a negotiation for a product.

Treatment based solely on a person’s menu choice falls short of the standard described by the Federation of State Medical Boards. That is the guidance checked September 26, 2026.

The same guidance calls for a chance to put your own questions to the treating professional.

The care standard is what a health professional is expected to do for the medical problem being assessed. The federation’s guidance rejects prescribing based only on a menu selection and calls for a chance to ask your own questions. State rules govern the actual service; the federation’s guidance is advice for medical boards.

Questions after the first form

Intake means the information a program gathers before assessing you, often through a form about your health. After filling it out, ask whether the visit leaves room for your own questions. A form can help organize a history. Keep a separate note of anything the form did not ask and anything that is hard to describe in a checkbox. Bring those gaps to the assessment.

Read the exclusions before joining

Request a plain list of what sits outside the membership. Put extra visits, testing, medicine, shipping, and help with insurance on that list as questions. Do not assume any item is included or excluded until the terms say so. The point is to compare the actual offers.

Advertised terms at national online weight services were checked September 26, 2026. Those membership offers billed medicine separately.

That observation concerns the sampled online weight services. It does not establish the price or contents of a concierge practice. Use it as a reason to ask for separate lines, not as a claim about the program in front of you.

Leaving with your records

Read the cancellation terms with the same care as the access terms. Ask when a cancellation takes effect, whether a commitment remains due, and how the program handles an order already in progress. Ask for records and test results to be available after leaving. Keep a copy of the terms you accepted.

Finish by writing a short account of the offer in your own words. Include what you would pay for, what you still need to check, and which reply would change the decision. If that account is hard to write, the missing answer is the next thing to ask for.

Separate charges

The online weight-service offers checked September 26, 2026 billed membership and medicine separately. They do not provide a typical concierge membership price. The cost notes give a dated medicine-price range; a membership fee still needs its own written quote.
